All tools are provided free of charge and without requiring user registration.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed CHF 100.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence may apply in addition to these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
